Cooling Fans wont work with Custom Tune!!!

Hey guys i have searched and searched the threads but cant find anything on this. Im having problems with my cooling fans in my 2007 Mustang GT. I thought it was a fan relay and replaced it and teh fans worked for a while. When i load the stock tune back onto the car the fans work and turn on with the A/C. So yesterday i reloaded the custom Bama tune and all systems checked out the fans worked and came on at the set temps and with the A/C. Today while driving around i noticed temps rising so i went home checked and the fans were not coming on. I also tried turning the A/C on but the fans still did not come on. So i reloaded the stock tune and the fans are working perfectly now. its driving me insane can some one please give me some insight on this!! Im almost temped to just throw a switch in and turn the fan on and off manually! Could the tune be bad or corrupted somehow??

Superstock,

This sounds pretty odd. I'm sorry about the inconvenience this has caused you. It sounds like somethings going on within the tune, we can definitely get this fixed for you in just a few minutes! Our tunes are good 99% of the time. Occasionally there are errors because we hand write each tune. I'm confident my Bama team will fix it quickly! Majority of the time, its Small human error when filing your tune information form or by a Bama Member!

Shoot me a PM with your order # included & I'll have my head Tuning Specialist Mike Wilson contact you directly!

-Dan

Hey dan thanks for the reply. The Bama staff was awesome they got me 3 new tunes and gave me the info on a critical firmware update for the tuner. The tune seems to be working perfectly. I appreciate your response and will keep you posted on how the tune is doing later on. I dont anticipate any problems but whatever arises im confident Bama will help me solve the issue
