Unknown rattling

I have an unknown rattling and it sounds like it's coming from the passenger door. I have no idea where exactly, but I did remove a little plate in the center of the door, little plack plastic panel that simply popped off and added velcro. That didn't fix the problem, so it's something else. I suspect it's either the door handle or a loose speaker mount. If I don't figure out where the rattle is coming from and stop it, it's going to drive me insane. I hope someone can help me end this once and for all.

There is a nut that I known for coming lose/falling off. I had this happen on my driver side door. It's located near the bottom/center of the door. There is a nut there that holds the window frame. It always sounded like something was moving around when I would shut the door or when Id go over a decent bump...

Just something to check.
Good luck.

I'm not sure what you guys mean.

Here is a picture of a mustang door picture I got off the web and on it, I highlighted everything I have done.

Now the center plastic cover circled wasn't the issue, I found that out. I just tightened the 7mm bolts around the door to be sure and used the last of my velcro tabs to secure the tiny piece of plastic behind the door handle. If this doesn't fix the problem, then I don't know what to try next. I'm really hoping I don't have to remove the entire door panel and tighten, secure and check everything. I just want to find the problem and fix it, saving me time and hopefully money.

It sounds like something plastic vibrating and it sounds more like it's coming from the door. I'm a bit hard of hearing, but I'd say the door is where it's coming from.
