tps sensor went out right after tune

Hi guys,
So ill start with saying I had a bbk tb n reinstalled my stocker. Drove the car a couple days as its my daily driver as I waited for my tunes. They finally came, update the handheld tuner and uploaded the tune. As soon as I uploaded the tune on the car it had issues immediately. Threw 2 codes unfortunately im at work without them. But one was a stuck throttle position. If I start the car the revs shoot up n the car dies. Returned to stock and same issues. Is this a coincidence? 73k on the motor 4.6 v8 manual. Will be seeing a mechanic on monday as my warranty shop is closed on weekends... also will be taking the tb apart and checking internals just incase somethings loose. Still. Right after my tune...
