Question Ford Racing 3:73 Gears. Best Place to Buy?

I finally found someone who can install some 3:73's in my Stang for $225 which seems to be a good deal.My question is where to find the real Ford Racing gears and not Motives at a good price?

For what it's worth, it has been proven that the gear doesn't matter, just the installer. But to each his own so here you go:

Summit Racing - High Performance Car and Truck Parts | 800-230-3030 is good and their customer service if ever needed is outstanding. Just got my FRPP 3.73's in this afternoon from them $169 for the set.

Finding a good quality installer who will do the work for a REASONABLE fee is harder than finding a good price for the gears theirselves !

I may be in the minority, but I insist that the gear installer provide the gears and all parts. I've had two sets installed, and that's how I did it both times. It may cost me $20 or $30 more, but in the end, if anything goes wrong, it's on them to fix it. They can't come back and blame the parts I provided to them.

If iam not mistaken...the "A" code confirms the gears to be true FRPP. $225 is a great price on the install...Good luck

373's are usually cheaper than 410's. Probably for popularity reasons if I had to guess.

Check the ford racing catalogue its the exact same part number. Its a newer version with a different machining technology used.
