Swapping mufflers is an easy job. Just a couple hand tools and there on.

Maybe it's just me, but I think Ford made a huge mistake putting the mufflers way in the back. Perhaps I just haven't heard the right setup, but I'd say that exhaust notes the 2005+ make comes way short of pervious years.

Correct... While it makes it easier to swap out mufflers, it does increase the drone from the exhaust.

does anyone have any experience with Pypes stinger mid-pipe catback? it moves the mufflers aead of the axle and one of my gripes about the s197 is the muffler location.

my 02 had flowmaster 40s and an hpipe and it had a nice crisp exhaust note.

except when you had your foot in it the the whole world knew
