Clutch questions....

I need a new clutch for my 06 GT.... My buddy has his stock clutch from his 13 it has 100 miles on it... I'm just wondering if a stock clutch from a coyote will work on the 4.6... Thanks! I don't think it will, I just want to make sure.

Not to go off topic, but I was searching the other day and thinking about starting a thread to ask. Maybe you can answer. Did you get any quotes to have a shop install a clutch? If so how much they quote?

Just noticed you are in NC so if you got quotes they would be what I am looking for. haha

To answer your question though I like you do not think it would work. I would think you would need a 05-09 donor.

The guy I'm going to is (a family friend) is charging like $250. I think I'm going to take it and havd pro dyno look at it. I have some mods and need them to time it and install my parts anyways.

If you do end up getting a price quote from pro dyno to do the clutch job can you PM me or post back here what it is? Thanks.

I am selling my car currently and while it doesn't need a clutch replacement (knock on wood) I have had the concern from buyers that at 86K miles and 10yrs old it may need one in their future and I wouldn't mind knowing the number that it would cost, to show them it wouldn't be the end of the world pricing. haha

The TR3650 manual is a 10-spline. I believe the 2013 trans is a 23 spline.

I ran a search and found this.
"2011 to 2014 Mustangs with a MT-82 manual 23-spline transmission"

2007 GT, 5 speed, Paxton 2200
