2005 Mustang GT... Need help with mods
I have an 05 Mustang GT it has no mods on it at all yet. I have not long moved to Canada from the UK and back home I tricked up a Honda Vtech Prelude and got some nice performance out of her.. But here I know nothing about the Mustang and would really appreciate some tips on what to do to get maximum performance for limited cash. Where should I start obviously I would love to get a supercharger but I have not got the funds for that..
I am thinking Nitrous but am unsure about how this may affect the standard parts on the car.
Welcome to the forum and one of the things you should do is get a plan on where your going with the car. If SC is out of question then go with a Cold Air Intake (CAI). That will be a good starting point. If your going nitrous then you need to do some research on wet or dry system. There are other options such as
Under drive pullies
CMCV delete plates
Electric water pump
Welcome... Let's not forget the all important tune!! :)
One of the most important things you can do is save this site to your favorites,It is the best!
With that said, if its an auto , change the rear gear after the cold air intake and tune.
CAI & Tune for sure.
