S197 2006 Mustang GT... Can a custom tune go bad?

Hello I have a 06 Auto with the Bama Race 93 and John Demolet cold air intake.. The last several thousand miles been worry free , until last week got a low brake fluid in my message center and the low trac and abs lights were on.. I then went back to stock and the lights went off ; now the lights are back and they wont go off.. I checked my global stratagy and its still the same... I just cant seem to get the lights off; oh and the trac control button is locked off.. I will probably make a appointment for a dyno session next week , this is just got me really stumped.. I checked my brake booster and it was up to the max fill line.. If anybody has a suggestion as to what it might be ; nice to hear from you...

The program won't go bad but the PCM certainly can. We've had several members with failed PCMs.

Thanks for the heads up.. If the PCM failed I suppose that would be a warranty issue..

I think PCM means Powertrain Control Module or the engine/trans computer.

Be advised that if they find that you flashed the PCM, they likely won't honor the warranty.

LOL. Of course you'd have to take off the CAI and CMDPs. Everything else would be alright with the stock tune. I've had to do that a few times already to get my alternator replaced under warranty. Unless the COPs require a tune. ?

No the COPs don't need a tune. I don't think they will like headers or UDPs or he E02 pump either.
