Thinking about this hood scoop for my Mustang; opinions?

Title says it all...

I had a `69 Torino GT with this scoop and really liked it. I found a source for reproduction scoops and think one would look very nice; especially since they were an option on the `69 Mustang.

I'd have to see it on a car. Which end is the front?

i know this isnt a scoop but harwood makes a hood that has a scoop similar to that ( its kind of a blend of that and a camaro scoop) i dunno kinda hard to explain i saw it in a mm&ff mag but when i looked on their site all they have is the elenor and a cowl hood ( i think ) but no "ram air" so i dunno ........maybee check with them either way your still kool in my book lol

TOO MUCH TO LIST ......NOT ENOUGH TO BRAG ABOUT

That's nice. I say go for it. Classic Design Concepts makes a similar one.

'05 Sonic Blue GT w/ '07 V8 engine, 5-sp, IUP, Beige leather interior, nothing else -
just the way I wanted it. (1 of 113)
OK, so I've added a few things to it. Check my Profile - too many to list here.

I'll have to check their scoop and see if it's any cheaper ($125)...

I really like that idea. Will it fit tight with the curvature of the new hoods?

Good point; I was more concerned with any center body lines and forgot to even compare the fore and aft curvature!

I'll look into that...
