Question which tuner is best for me?

recently bought a 08 gt, have a KandN typhoon cold air intake and flowmaster 40 series slip on exhaust,
otherwise the car is stock want to buy a tuner but with so many out there thought i would ask the experts since i am a total noob at tuning.
Thanks in advance for all the good advice you guys will forward.
p.s. drive it like you stole it.

I get my SuperChips Programmer in on Tuesday.. between Superchips and SCT i've heard they're both great...

Bamachips 93 Performance Tune (SCT), Front Brake Cool-Air Induction, Hurst Short-Throw Shifter

Actually the SCT and Predator are the most popular.

Realy you need to look at how you will be tuning your car if you will be doing mail order tunes then SCT now if your going to get a shop to do your tunes then you need to find a shop that you like and see what tuner they use.

I've had both the SCTX3 and the Diablo Predator: both are good pieces of equipment and both can be easily used to "upload" custom tunes.

I personally have gotten (as have many others here have) tunes from Doug Stoddard at BamaChips and been very satisdfied. Brenspeed is another good/recommended source. Both can email you one or multiple tunes after you give them info about your vehicle and any mods made to it.

If you're ever going to have a dyno tune performed, stick with SCT. There are far more SCT tuners out there than any other.

I did a thread on just this a short time ago. I did a lot of research on tuners and thought I made a good choice for me. But anyway, here is the thread. There are a lot of choices out there. Each one has a strong point and a weak point.

Good luck on the mods.
