Anyone know where I can get Duplicolor chip repair in Windveil Blue?

A recent run-in with an old man and the subsequent buffing led me to take a close look at my paint and discover a number of tiny chips. They sand the roads here in the winter so flying rocks are a fact of life all year round, kinda makes me wish I'd gotten the optional 3M coating...but anyway none of the local shops here carry Duplicolor in anything close to Windveil Blue. Even the local Ford dealers don't carry that color. It's on Duplicolor's site for order but they only ship to the US. Anyone know a good site to order from?

I got a few ounces from my dealer free. Might be a week or two before they mix up a batch, but you can't beat the price.

Color Chip Selection

It's specific for not just the paint but also clearcoat, etc. for your vehicle color.

Rubbing compound will not do the trick...and if you should use any...be sure it states that it is clear coat safe. Langka chip repair is okay...I've used it on mine...but it takes a while to get the deeper chips looking good.
You'll be surprised to hear that if you can get some color wax (made by Turtle Wax) in blue it will fill in some of those chips and make them definitely less noticeable

I agree on the TW wax with paint in it. I've used it for some scratches. Sometimes the wax pen works, sometimes the TW paint wax works. But you may need several coats, followed with some scratch remover/polishing compound. Don't press real hard and be patient. Usually a few coats will do the trick.

Remember, you will notice it from a few inches away. But can you see it while standing back, especially if you didn't know the scratch was there in the first place.

Get someone else to tell you if it's good enough. You're your own worse critic.
