My neighbor's cat likes sleeping on my mustang during the night. I see the foot prints on my car cover. He doesn't scratch it so it doesn't bother me much. That kind of keeps me motivated to put my car cover on every time. If I don't then I'll get foot prints on my car but that's my fault. Can't really blame the fur ball. At least he likes my car lol.

You know what.....enough with the backhanded comments about killing or maiming animals please. I am a cat owner and am responsible about it....he's a Siamese and he is kept indoors. If you want to talk about killing domesticated animals then take it to private messages because I don't want to read about it in a public forum.

One thing that gets my dander up is people talking about being cruel or inhumane to animals. Let's not forget there are many pet owners on here. I am not a PETA member but I do have a love for animals, all animals. Dogs, cats, etc.

All I ask is that you think before you type. Trashing someone's mods is one thing, but talking about killing pets is quite another.
All of the comments were made in good fun, and not intending to have the guy actually kill his own cat. Don't be so serious all the time, they were just playing around.

Mod Warning:
I should have jumped in here last night...

Kidding or not, talk of abuse or inhumane treatment of animals on AFM will not be tolerated - at all.

Sorry about the car, that sucks.

I hate cats too, but I couldn't hurt one.

My brother had an issue with the cats leaving "tracks" on the hood of his 2001 Bullitt but solved that by making his wife knit them little "Mustang" embroidered booties. The last I heard the cats were dancing on my nephew's GMC beater to the tune of one of Michael Jackson's old songs, apparently rehearsing for the animal version of "American Idol".

Based on what my brother said I imagine it looked something like this, only with "booties" on and flapping tails:
