Looks great!

You just caused me to realize how I'm going to spend some time next week (it's our "vacation" week). I'm going to paint my calipers!
Did you use Duplicolor paint (the kind you get from like Auto Zone)? I've often wondered if their red will match my torch red. Someone on here said they thought it would.

I'm sure plenty of people around here have some painting work for you should you run out of your own projects!

2008 Mustang GT Premium, coupe, GT500-esque conversion, standard, torch red w/dark charcoal interior, K&N CAI, BBK twin 62mm throttle body, BBK tuned shorty headers, SCT SF3 / X3 Power Flash Preloaded Custom Tuner, Steeda UDPs, MGW shifter, 18" chrome GT500 wheels, turn signal side mirrors. Torch Red Registry #249

Looks Great ,
I painted mine last week, but didnt paint the bracket around the caliper, just the actual caliper... After seeing yours, I think I might paint the rest, kinda complete the look!

Looks good, I see that you have a set of splash guards there.
Those really set the look and shows you have a high I.Q. Did you paint the wheels?

red calipers

You can get paint specifically for calipers- should come close to matching your torch red. I painted mine on my black GT - Really sets it off with the chrome fan blade wheels. I used brake cleaner on mine before I painted.

you can buy a whole kit from jegs for like $35 shipped! Or try you local autoparts store... I went through jegs, because of all the additional colors they offer, but the kits comes with brake cleaner, paint, brush, stirring stick, masking tape, and handy directions... Made it really easy

Bought the caliper paint kit at Pepboys for $16.99
They had red, blue, silver, or black.

Had to get the splash guards due to the rubber buildup on the fender after a night at the track. The wheels came painted like that.

Can't loose the bug guard. Keeps the cables from the hood pins off the paint

My lanyards are sheathed in a soft silicone covering that has never damaged the paint - and if anybody is fussy about paint, I am.
The calipers look great. I was going to do mine, but (whenever my wheels get in), I don't think I'll be able to see them as much so it probably isn't worth it for me.

OK, so I've added a few things to it. Check my Profile - too many to list here.

Yeah, but for that price they probably don't include the stirring stick. And how can you possibly even try to paint calipers without that?
