You are absolutely and completely wrong. You donít have anything near the rights that you think you do. I could list a ton of people I know that owned lots of acreage and no one could hear anything from it and they have had everything from a paint booth, half pipe, too many cars in the driveway, trailer with stickers on it visible to their kids little minibike track shut down. If you are doing work on anything with VIN as a commercial enterprise (and just telling them that itís just your friends or they are all your cars doesnít fly) someone from the city will come and shut you down. Itís a way for the city too make money at the end of the day if they prevent you from doing it on your property. If there is money too be made itís their job too find you. And lastly, unless you are zoned to have a automotive repair facility on your property (which you donít) then they will shut you down just for that. Technically most of the heavy work we do on our cars in our own garages is considered illegal.

City officials are rotten to the core. All they want too do is make money for either the City or themselves. The stack of fines they can write you would boggle your mind. Iíll bet I could walk into just about everyoneís garage here and find 5 things to write fines for that seems absolutely ridiculous.

If your property is zoned as residential you are allowed to live there, thatís it

[quote=BudgetPlan1;1196397]Isn't the ability to create a load and thus 'real world' driving conditions preferable to the simpler inertia dynos like most dynojets (which is why they tend to read more optimistic HP numbers)? I thought for tuning all ranges of throttle, Mustang Dynos were preferable to DynoJets which are mostly suited to WOT tuning. I see mostly the 224x and 248x inertia-only models in shops although looking at their website, i see they now offer some LC modesl w/ the load control. Haven't seen any out in the wild though. quote]

Yes you are right and that's why Tillmans does all the tuning on my car. They have the New Dynajet 224xLC, And the H-D dealer I go to also has a DynaJet with the LC which they did my '03 Duice(107 HP at the wheels)

And to do that, I'd have to think of *a lot* of things for them to do to justify the trip....Hmmmmm....
