Stl you ever think of posting a list your mods in your ideas of priority?
You could probably produce a pretty nice master list.
as for the OP
definitely check out stl's list of work done, you'll be doing a bit of engine work, etc. to be pulling 450

superchargers are safe for your stock engine just as long as you keep the psi within a tolorable boost range and use a proper tune.

Ford sells supercharged Mustangs.
Ford sells superchargers that are designed to be bolted on to stock engines, and they are safe enough to use that Ford provides Ford warranties on them.
A properly designed and installed supercharger will not damage your engine.

Yea... with iron blocks and forged rods. The POS crap rods in a stock 3V are not designed for high power levels. Sure, they can live... but the question is, at what level and for how long?

Invest in a "X"
then upgrade "Y"
before putting on a "Z"
something like that, just a thought
