Question Cost of seat part for my 2006 Mustang?

On the back of the bucket seats is the "lever" that you raise to allow someone easier access to the back seat of the car. (The part that youir fingers get ahold of and you pull up on).

Anyhows, the one on the drivers seat of our '06 Coupe came off today, and it was broke, where it attaches arouong the lever shaft.

SO, I called the local FORD dealership.

They told me $30.43 for just ONE of the pieces of plastic.

Is that right ??

Sounds w r o n g to me.

Opinions please !!!!!!!!!!

Funny, as they are now starting to break on "most" 05-06 cars, the price is nuts!

I am fixing mine with a pair of Corbeau seats and harnesses. I'll show Ford!

You should still be under warranty, let them fixed it. just will break again. but they need to fixed it, for free.

Stock for now. Two GT take off muffler, connected to a GT H-pipe.Upgrade instrument cluster. Shorty antenna. GT rear bumper. GT side skirts. GT front and rear sway bars. So many GT parts, and still a V6 engine. Damn. 18 inch Deep Dish Black rims, with polish lip. 255 front, 275 rear, soon changed to 285.
