Correct. I was just reading about that procedure (cutting the Y pipe).

Well I believe what I had done usually retails for about $400, thats with a basic set of flowmasters. Im sure if you provided your own mufflers it would be much cheaper then that. I got a deal on mine, I did a huge favor for the guy that owns the shop, so getting a free setup is a pretty good return.

Was that for stainless or aluminized steel piping???

Yeah, I'll be posting a new thread pretty soon announcing my current progress. I'm ordering the part as we speak <write>. I, too, have good relationships with both by body shop and my exhaust shop and I'll be getting a good deal on all my projects this year. My exhaust dude told me today that if I have all the parts, the job will cost me less than $150.00. $70.00 per hour. I'll be back soon with my new thread.
