im looking at beginning to do some mods, just wondering what else you could look into to break 300rwhp. my car is completely stock right now, so besides the mods scott197 has what else could you add to break 300, maybe even 315?

I am at 321 SAE and have never had the valve covers off. To get in the 320 range without FI, cams, or ported heads, you will need a good cold air intake, longtube headers, a set of delete plates and a good tune. A set of underdrives won't hurt either. If you have a "good" car from the factory, that will get you there. Check out the classifides in a few days. I am getting ready to install a supercharger so some of my stuff is coming off.

That is very nice for just an intake and pulleys. Were those numbers STD or SAE?

In the comments section of my printout it says : 310 WTQ: Sae is off, temp in room is 75 degree's with 44% humidity.

Could someone explain SAE & STD to me. I'm new at this numbers game.
Thanks.

SAE #s are corrected for atmospheric conditions (humidity and temp). They are generally about 5-7% lower than uncorrected numbers.
