Took the car out of storage for a quick spin...

8:30pm... it was 31 F outside... driveway and streets were clear from snow and ice... suddenly I was grinning... the thought hit me so there I was, pulling the car out of the garage for the first time since it started snowing. Wow! It's like Christmas again! :laughlitt

Took a quick 20 minute drive and filled her up to the brim with her favorite drink... 93 octane. Then quickly put her back to sleep mode.

I've forgotten how good it felt when the rear squats down when I hit the gas. The Nitto Extremes were slipping like crazy on hard take offs because of the cold temp, but it stayed straight the whole time. It sounded not as loud as I like it to be. Man I need those long tube headers! Brenspeed! !!!

A few more months of waiting

Surprisingly, we haven't had much snow here (oh I bet I just jinxed myself).

Regardless, I haven't been driving mine lately, due to a string of bad luck with it and that it needs oil changing which I have been too busy to do @[email protected] Still, would you guys believe
--getting the gas tank cap stolen
--hitting a light pole avoiding children in a darkened parking lot (final touches on repair just a few weeks ago)
--getting keyed x2

and all within a few weeks of each other? I really can't wait to move, the new place has a garage!

And you put it at risk out on the mean streets of the city once again.

Love to get mine out for a quick spin but......roads are ok except for the sand and gravel laying around! When passing or being passed it's like getting sand blasted, so I'll have to wait and be happy with the F150 for now. :kooky: Only 3 months to go! :kooky:

Most of the snow is now gone here so I've had it out for a few times in the past week. Man, it sure brightens up your day/week. I hadn't driven it since the end of November.

BTW, where is Wild Rose, or are you just referring symbolically to the province.
