Anyone Tried Fans On Whipple HE?

Has anyone installed e-fans on the stock Whipple heat exchanger? Thinking of the AFCO h/e but wonder if putting fans on the existing h/e would be enough.

Thanks.

Im not sure about the size of the Whipple H/E but the AFCO is bigger than the Saleen or Roush or GT500 H/E so thats the reason it cools better. I would think that an AFCO unit would cool better than a stock Whipple with fans just because of the size difference. Maybe someone with concrete info will chime in.

The stock Whipple h/e is about 26" x 10" x 1.5" more or less. Taller but skinnier than the AFCO dual pass.

Pricing everything out and thinking that two good fans on my Whipple h/e would be cheaper than a new AFCO unit - now if I can just figure out if it'll be efficient. Don't want to pay $700 for an AFCO w/fans just to drop my IAT's 5* over what the Whipple h/e w/fans will drop it
