Unhappy advice/help with the lower bumper of a 2008 mustang

So heres the story:
You know those blocks that are infront of a parking spot... well the front of the car ended up ontop of it. So when I reverse, I guess the bottom bumper hooked on the cement block and I heard a low scratch sound. So when I looked underneath it, the lower bumper somewhat was pulled forwarded... Its not as bad as it seems, its not like full front bumper, its the piece underneath the car....

Well my question is Should I replace it, Leave it, work on it, or is it fine?

Oh and When I look underneath it... The radiator has some like bumps, I guess it hit the radiator as well... but Now I am a little worry if I should do something or not?

Can someone please give me advice? Im like all confused, since this is my first car... Thank you!
