Seafoamed the stang..

I know 35k miles is still a young Buck. But after hearing so many good things about this Seafoam stuff I decided it couldn't hurt. Feels good to blow that carbon out!

I watched the Video and I see it does clean out the Carbon. But are you suppos-to (Rev) the Engine while this is in it? Ar'nt you worried the Seafoam will harm your Vave Seals or Valves, or is it perfecttly Safe to use? I'd be a little leary of putting this in My Motor.

couldn't find anyone who had a problem with it. and yes, reving the engine a little helps clean it out.

Its called Seafoam only one brand and you can get it at any Auto parts store like Autozone ect, I used about 1/3 in the gas tank every 1500 miles or so on mine. Works great

My 05 GT had a pinging problem. Tried clearing it up with different gas brands, pulling timing, and richening the A/F ratio all w/o success. Dumped a can of Seafoam in the tank, and the pinging was gone after 200 miles. Great stuff!!!

If I pour some in the gas tank, will I still get to see all the smoke like RAZGRIZFX9 or do I have to pour in the engine or through a vaacum line?

ya, just add it to your gas tank. seafoam has been around since the 50`s. ive poured it in carburetors, sucked in in through vacuum lines to clean out the top ends, ive used it in the gas tank, you can also add it to your oil. now i havent done it yet with my mustang, but might one day. i use it every year for my lawn power tools, lawn mower, chain saws, my little outboard motor ect. its great for 2 cy stuff to clean out any gum up. best to take the car out on the highway and really blow it out after you add it.
