Number of 2009 Mustang GT/CS produced?

Hello, I am new to the forum. Does anyone know or know where I can find out how many 2009 Mustang GT/CS were produced? I have seen different counts all over the web. Would love to talk to other people that own GT/CS! Have a great day!

Welcome to AFM, good luck in finding the exact number, I too would like to know how many 2008's were made. Anyway I love my CS, will have it for three years in August and still get many compliments on it, love talking to people about it. Haven't seen one like mind anywhere in the Baton Rouge area, makes it pretty special.

2008 Black Mustang GT/CS, 5 speed manual, G/T appearance package, FRPP 4.10 gears, Charcoal Aluminum interior panel, Interior upgrade. Roush TVS stage 1 SC , Stang Hi dyno-jet 93 Oct tune, Pypes LT's X-pipes and delete mufflers, MGW shifter.

If you call the number on this pdf page with your VIN at hand, they will accept your order for a Certificate of Authenticity. The package includes a sheet of information about your year of manufacture showing totals for coupe, convertible, colors and a couple other things I have forgotten. Cost you $40 or $45 dollars, but worth it if you are a serious GT/CS lover.

There is a GT/CS Registry for S197s:
GT/CS registry
The proprietor, Ron, is the fellow who got Ford to do the certificates. He has a few other GT/CS items available, also. Those who have registered their GT/CSs with him get a discount on the certificates, as well.

There is a pretty active GT/CS forum on another the mustang source dot com site. Worth checking out.

Cheers!
