2007 427R stock tune makes 427HP which is what is printed on the serialized engine badge. 2008+installed a smaller 73mm pulley/tune onto the production 427R's and they were rated at 435HP.
You can buy the smaller pulley/tune upgrade for the 2007 which is what I did.

This is all flywheel HP.

I have thought about mods, but only a little, not a lot of money available for a while.
I already have joined fnsweet.com.... I've known shay for a while from another forum...

Looking at your signature..... I built a 67 Falcon wagon in the late 70's... I put a 1971 351 C in it with a Mustang flywheel and transmission.... It was a real sleeper...

I thought I did OK. I paid $31,000 for it, it has 12,000 miles and they gave me $12,000 trade in on my wife's 60,000 mile 2005 GT Mustang.

I put down some cash too so it was half paid for when I drove off the lot....

The blower on that car would be the M-90 Eaton, good for 450 hp with the right tune and pulleys but that's about it. Stock they run about 380-390 rwhp. The sad thing is that's about what the new 5.0's can do NA.

On the bright side its low enough that you shouldn't have to worry about your engine going boom. (Why oh why ford did you not forge the bottom end on the 4.6's like you did the 5.0's.?)

Beauty!!!

This is a beautiful ride. Everyone knows it's a ROUSH, it says it in like 6 diffrent places, maybe just take the 9 inch lettering off the windshield, it's a tad gaudy, but to each his own. Enjoy your Roush!!!!
