2007 Mustang GT 2 Horn Beeps

I just got my Mustang back from the collision center; the damage was extensive. When I press the lock button twice the horn beeps twice vice once. It has the factory security system. All doors and the trunk are closed. I ran the system check and it verified they are all closed and the security system is OK.
What else is checked when you press the lock button twice on the key fob?

Do you know more specifically where the sensor is located?

and the trunk too.

The hood sensor is on the passenger side fender frame, a push button. Oh, sorry. You just said that.

It was definitely the hood sensor. They didn't even bolt it back in; it was just hanging down. I'll take it back and get them to install it properly. Thanks.
