First things first, hello all. I'm new here...just signed up.

I have a 2008 GT with a full Mac exhaust (longtube headers, offroad prochamber, axlebacks) and let me tell you, I had a 93 tune before the exhaust install and it was pretty quick. The difference in throttle response after i put the full exhaust on was pure violence.

If you get headers, I recommend longtubes. Just my opinion.

Kind of likemost other things.. Buy in bulk and get a better value. Horsepower is kind of the same here.

Per the dyno testing:

My BBK longtube headers and offroad x net around 17 rwhp. These are not the most expensive either. Buy it new around $900 and install yourself...

Gt500 supercharger $3500... let's just say $4000 just because you know you are vonna want some bling in there too. Net [email protected] 200rwhp.

900/17= @ $53/hp
4000/200= @ $20/hp

Uuuuhhhhhh less than half the price. Now that was just headers. Try to make an extra 183 rwhp another way and I bet your hp/$ shoots through the dang roof!
