Looks sweet...red on black always looks great! Did you paint the calipers while attached and just tape off everything? Or did you completely remove and then bleed the system? When I'm up for new brakes (not for a long while) I will definitely be doing mine.

I painted mine grabber orange and i left them on and just taped it off, was much easier than taking them off and they look amazing! Your red ones also look great!

I took the pads off and then remounted the caliper to keep the weight stress off the brake lines. I then just sprayed the whole caliper with brake dust cleaner and scrubbed them clean. I did about 3-4 coats of paint on each caliper with a brush. I didn't even tape anything off.

I sure hope you have better luck than I did when I painted mind. After a couple of years they started peeling, now I have covers over them

2008 Black Mustang GT/CS, 5 speed manual, G/T appearance package, FRPP 4.10 gears, Charcoal Aluminum interior panel, Interior upgrade. Roush TVS stage 1 SC , Stang Hi dyno-jet 93 Oct tune, Pypes LT's X-pipes and delete mufflers, MGW shifter.

Not sure if this is a result from break dust under the paint or just low quality paint in these kits. I'll keep an eye out for mine to see what happens. I'm sure it's just not high quality paint.
