Need help with BOV and the vacuum line out of it

So I got this bov for my procharger setup
Universal Gold Type-RS Type RS Turbo Blow Off Valve Bov 2.5'' Flange Adapter | eBay

My question, what is the vacuum line out in the back for? I wasnt aware I had too run this. So what do I need to do? Which line do I need to splice into? I have a boost gauge that Im about to install into the vac line on the driver side that goes by the TB or something? I am lost on this one, could you guys help at all? Thanks

The BOV should get manifold vacuum on the top port (it's actually a top-port even though it's on the side on yours). Any place where you're tapping in the boost gauge should be fine. Make sure the port you choose is behind the throttle-body so it picks up the vacuum condition when you close the throttle. That's what opens your BOV.

You don't want to hook your BOV, or boost gauge, to the reference-line coming from the turbo outlet to the wastegate. That should only be used for the wastegate (generally side port) and a boost controller if you're using one.

Hmm thanks for your responce, but Im still a bittt confused. When you say "behind the throttle body" that refers to in between the supercharger unit and the TB correct? So what line specifically can I tap for the bov vac line as well as the boost gauge? Thanks a lot

By "behind the throttle body" I mean between the throttle body and the intake manifold / heads / engine. You don't want a port that is between the throttle-body and the super-charger / air intake tube.
