Saleen Hoods Anyone?

Not sure if anyone would know, but are the "vents" on this Saleen hood operable or purely for design. I intend on getting this hood and the Roush front fascia with operable lights and the street scene valance for my GT. But curious if anyone owns the saleen or bought the hood.

Thanks!

This website is only one I see offering it for sale. How legitmate is to be seen. But in looking at their other products they are def charging a higher price. The Saleen website states that the hood has "reverse ventilation", so again who knows...but of hoods available, one I like the most as dosent go as high as other ram air hoods.

eeek $895 is quite a premium for just a hood.

Saleen

Can't speak to the sight, but the Saleen Hood is indeed functional....and to my mind you could create much the same hood with parts.

I can post picks if you like?

California Mustang is indeed legitimate and has been offering high and low quality Mustang parts for years. I've bought several items from them over the years with no disappointments.:thumbsup

What are the Saleen Hoods made out of? Do they weigh much heavier than stock?
