Then too boot, it appears to be a V6. The interior still looks usuable. I am thinking the pole or tree aimed for the Stang and jumped out and nailed it, ya think?

AH, somebody'll buy it and turn it into a Shelby clone 'cause they got it so cheep.

'05 Sonic Blue GT w/ '07 V8 engine, 5-sp, IUP, Beige leather interior, nothing else -
just the way I wanted it. (1 of 113)
OK, so I've added a few things to it. Check my Profile - too many to list here.

Personally I would worry more that had been *properly* repaired as compared to having a clean report...and that takes inspecting the vehicle in person.

Keep in mind those reports have the potential to be wrong - IE: a guy hits a rail and does 5 grand damage to his car. Because his insurance rates are already high and he doesnt want to get canceled he pays a local shop cash to fix it. Guess what. You got it - the damage isnt likely to appear on carfax. So - more important is the quality of repair as opposd to the report. And if you know what you are looking at and properly inspect the car, you should be aware of almost any body repairs done to the vehicle.

What galls me that they are even selling it on Ebay. It should be scrapped! PERIOD.
What worries me is someone will buy it, fix it (improperly), wash the title and sell it to an unsuspecting buyer.
Like another said, Carfax will not catch everything and unless the insurance company notified the National Insurance Bureau with the VIN Number of the car then Carfax won't report it either.
