Tips for installing BBK Longtubes 07GT

I have an 07 GT and I am about to tackle the project of putting on BBK Longtube headers and catted x pipe. I have access to a lift which I plan on using and ordered a new set of Ford racing gaskets and O2 extensions. Is there anything else I should get or advice before I take this on??? Thanks

If you don't have them, it's probably not a bad idea to get some Stage 8 locking bolts, as the majority of the header bolts are almost impossible to get to without taking everything back apart once it's all back together.

Also allow yourself some time. Yours may not be the same, but I had a hell of a time with the dipstick tube. I probably spent the better part of 2 hours just trying to remove it, and finally resorted to vise grips on top to pull it out and just ordered a new one at the Ford dealership.

Everyone seems to have different experiences when installing long tubes on their s197. I didn't have any issues with mine and did it in the driveway with the car on jackstands. It will be much easier since you have access to a lift.
