Additional parts need for these installs?

I'm in the market for getting a couple things for my car and I need to know what all I need to buy before taking it to a shop so I can cut down on shop expenses do to not buying parts ahead of time.

Ford racing T-lok(LSD)

Hurst Short throw shifter

GT take off front brakes w/ rotors/calipers/lines

Now with the take off front brakes I'm thinking of going with hawk pads but do I have all the hardware the shop will need at this point? What about the LSD do I need to buy some sort of installation kit?

Alls I can tell you for sure is that if you order a Hurst shifter with the ball attached you wont need to buy anything else.
