It shouldn't take the intervention of a AFM mod to get cust. service, and as far as bending tubes goes that's just plain stupid!!!!

I will post a picture of the air filter/ABS tube conflict ASAP.

I was suckered into buying their Throttle Body, My car did not run right, I lost power on the dyno and it threw codes, I sent it back and all they did was add some grease to the gears, well the grease wore off and back to Idle surges and codes. I had the POS over three months and could not return it. I took it to two tuners and they could not get it working. I spent 400 bucks on the TB, plus over 400 on tunes and tuners. it now sits there on my work bench reminding me NEVER TO BUY GMS CRAP AGAIN....

Hmm....?? I was close to get a TB a while ago (while NA) but heard about the tuning issues, loss of TQ all across the register and worse; loss of HP idle to high 4,000s RPM... not that I mind being +5,000 RPM but I think not a good mod unless it's needed to make something else work (CAI, manifold, heads, etc...) !?!

You think your pissed, imagine how the guy felt that ventelated his block with a GMS turbo kit that had a bad tune so JR told him to just run the stock tune...

2005 GT Premium, torch red, all available factory options.
Performance mods: Lets just say it's not stock.

Some people are like Slinkies. They're really good for nothing. But they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs.

This IntelliTXT stuff sucks.

I'm more pissed about being ignored than I am about the poor fit of the air filter on the CAI. I have written, called, faxed, and emailed.
All I am asking for is a solution to a problem with their part. I like the
system except for the ABS tube conflict. Too bad they do not care about customer service.

If you paid with a CC than ask for a charge back...

That really sucks, I was thinking about getting their k-member and lower control arms, but after reading stuff like this I would rather not take the chance...

You can only screw so many people with bad parts before your rep goes to hell...

I like BMR and Powerhouse for the above mentioned under body parts...

09/21/06, and I have heard nothing from Granatelli. I will also protect the ABS lines my own way, but poor/nonexistent customer service sucks. No more money to Granatelli from me.

Don't blame you... me too will think a few times over if they have something I need! Not only for your issue but it adds up...!! (False advertisement, plain lies and the bullying when they get caought, weak design on some parts, and now this... sad!)

Reply from Granatelli, finally. A redesign of the air box is apparently in the near future. Trade-ins welcome, GMS?
Anyway, I appreciate being acknowledged.
