sometimes you shouldnt wave

maybe this should be in the kill section but there i was, minding my own business..creeping along at 30mph on the highway cause its raining and here comes the old foxy 5.0...i give the guy a wave cause you know, we do that...and he waves back...then he ruins the feeling...he keeps lining up next to me while i'm driving slow..he'll let the traffic get ahead a bit...then he'll gun it so i can hear his engine. on a nice day that wouldnt be so bad...all of us s197 owners can eat a 5.0 for breakfast lunch and dinner but on this day the streets are soaked and everytime this kid gunned it i thought he'd fishtail into me...i coulda killed him i was so mad..and he kept doin it and i tried to let him ahead of me but i finally got around a few cars so he was 3 cars behind me..really annoying...he probably thinks he showed me

Na, I was doing that with one guy the other day in a black '05 GT. IT was just a little fun...showing off our exhaust notes and whatnot. There was no racing intention.

Some people do not take into consideration their
surrounding before acting like a fool.
Sure I enjoy getting on it but, not where there is
a possibility of putting someone or something in
danger. I'm glad your car did not get hit.
Not only would that have sucked for you, I'll bet it
would have sucked for him too LOL.

Can life get any better????

Yeah, I had some bozo in a Volvo turbo get his hormones or something all worked up on a rainy day. As soon as I hit the gas (normal acceleration) and passed him he gets all over it and takes off. Hopefully, that along with some Levitra will give him the results he wants....

I would have been SO p.o'd if that ugly thing played like that and hit me! (Sorry... I am NOT a fan of the Fox body-style.)

Had a guy in a POS Oldsmobile next to me at a light one morning on my way to work. He was in the left-turn lane waiting for the green and was smoking his tires like crazy (feet on both pedals - goin' nuts). It was dry, but I was cringing... just waiting for that big grampa car's rear end to whip over and into me.

Some people are just dumb as rocks.

'05 V6 Premium, Automatic, Redfire with Parchment interior. Added '06 Pony Package grille and foglights, custom rocker stripes, Peripheral Audio System for direct iPod play, window tint, chrome Pony-style power outlet cover and replaced Blue Oval spinners with Pony-design spinners. (Little changes are cool, too )

I do the same when ever I see a muscle car except I just rev my engine. As a matter of fact I did that with a GTO a couple of days ago it had a 6.0 logo in the back (don't know what year it was). Anyway that thing sounded mean as hell. I wish we could've raced, although I think he would beat me 'cause I hear those things have a nasty top end, but traffic didn't permit it (maybe not a bad thing).

wave. no wave. that jackass would've pulled that stupid stunt anyway.

guys like that are so hyper, I once overheard someone say they'll lurch a few feet on the yellow to try to get the other guy to launch into cross traffic. two jerks don't make a right.

GT with fanblades.

this should probably be in the waving to other mustang drivers thread, but here goes...woke up early for a car show and was heading to dunkin donuts for my transfusion when a beautiful 68 passed me (opposite direction) and he waves to me...i'm so tired i'm thinking to myself (he's not waving at me, must think i'm someone else) and i also have in mind i'm not driving one of my old cars, so i don't react in time and blow off the wave....10 feet later it kicks into my dumb ass that this guy in this beautiful mustang was giving the stang a wave not me...what an ass i felt like..i'm always acknowledging fellow old car guys and fellow motorcyclists so i know what i was supposed to do...blame it on the hangover..i was hoping to see him at the car show i was heading to later so that i could appologize, but i guess he was just out for a ride..if your listening dude, i'm sorry!..i should check on the classsic forums, he's probably writing about what beanies s197ers are!

I would of waved back at him with my finger, if you know what I mean. He or she was just probably jealous and bored.....
