The CF style blowers IMO are even smoother and easier to stay out of it with... I drive my car in rain and snow so I must be able to stay out of boost, must!

I cruise at ~80 MPH and it is not in the boost, on CC uphill it sometimes surges a bit and that is somewhat annoying but acceptable...

I added over 200 RWHP with my CF blower and am now in the mid 500s, totally streetable, all weather, and still mid 20s MPG on the highway, same as NA!

just out of curiosity, what are the KB's running? havent seen any ads with price. many dealers out there for them? all this aside, i personally will go centrifugal when i s/c. praise the lord and pass the Procharger!!! anyone seen the black 05 of Justin Burchams in 5.0 mag? pretty awesome.:eyepoppin 10 seconds... running i believe 10 psi and only a few other bolt ons. i also like the ease of install on the centrifugals. plus i have connections with someone who installs them on marine engines. fountain boats and such. he can get me one about a grand cheaper than retail... if i was going to go the "blower on top" route, (eg: roots or twin screw) i would go with the roush though.

KB has tunes for autos and sticks. Whipple just came out so nobody can say what those are gonna put down.

I had my dealer install my KB and I still have my factory warranty and extended warranty. Most twin screw superchargers are reasonably quiet compared to centrifugal SC. The Centris have much more whine.
Your FORD dealer installed and still honors your powertrain warranty?

Nice.

What are your dyno numbers and at what boost?

Dunno, I have only had it out once with a unfinished tune (had the power but rough running) and a new +3 clutch...

Was hoping to go today but it's raining... maybe next weekend?

The two runs I did with no grip, spun through third, I crossed at low 13s and close to 120 MPH.... do the math... LOL! The crowd loved it though...!!

PS. I think the complete KB is $5.5K. And it is truely complete with a competent fuel system!
