Don't wanna go low

what is the biggest size tires can I run all the way around my 4 corners on 18" wheels? The Cervinis C-300 body kit I got dargs damn near everything with the stock springs and 17s

If you mean the widest tire- I'm not sure- that depends on the offset of your particular wheel.

If you mean tallest tire- I don't know, but put you hand over your front tires and check-out the clearance you have from inside of the top of the front tire to the bottom of the bottom spring seat on your strut assembly- it ain't much!

I read some posts on this board in which people have put some pretty big rubber on their cars. I believe there was one where the person said they put 305s on the rear and another were the person was going to put 275s on the front. How well did it work? I don't know. But, it would be interesting to get some responses from people who actually have done it.
