I have never been a fan of louvers, but those flush-mount are making me think twice - damn nice!!

thanks you 2 after i opened the box it made me think twice about painting them..PITA!

white angel ..I agree but we wer even thinkin about painting the rear louvers body color so they'd blend in not stick out. but we only like the ones on the Parnelli Jones car

As always Mick when it comes to paint you are the man. I have said it before I would not hesitate to send my car down to you for paint work.

Awesome looking!

Look REAL good Mick....so todays my Birthday and i had a present from the Mrs. Open it up and says SILVERHORSE RACING on the box,I knew what was in it!!! Did yours have a little "rough" spot on them, maybe where they were pulled apart from the mold or something? Looks like it will definately have to be hit with a piece of sandpaper slightly. Told the wife that i wanted to have my guy paint them IF she got them, now im thinking i shoulda had SHR paint them for me. Brent

Yep, for the extra amt SHR charges it is well worth the price having SHR painting them.

I was thinking of getting them, but they won't fit on my vert.

Anyways, I am looking at getting one of SHR's rear trunk lid mediallian to replace the faux gas one.

Yes they are, they are only made by SHR.

If you got the smooth (not textured) rear louver, I think the car would look like Darth Vader...you know, that shiny helmet thing goin' on. Which is not a look I'd choose, but one that would still make sense from a color/strategy approach given the other choices you've made so far.

Then you could get a customized horn with the "duh-duh-duh duh DA duh duh DA duh" Vader theme music. Come to think of it, that would be pretty shweet! :eyepoppin

I like the quarter windows a lot. They look great. As for the rear louvers, if you get the metal ones they come powdercoated. You can have them stripped and powdercoated to match. I suppose paint would work as well, but you still have to strip the powdercoat. I'm rather partial to the rear louvers, myself.

OK, so I've added a few things to it. Check my Profile - too many to list here.
