Question about one of the ads I saw here
Ok...I just clicked on this 5 Star Shine ad and watched the little video informercial.
What do you guys think of stuff like that ? Is that some kind of scam that really doesn't do what it's advertised to do ?
I remember I used to see these 30 minute infomercials on TV where they would do stuff like take the hood of a car from the junk yard, put their stuff on it and voila ! suddenly it looked like the hood off a brand new car. I would see them treat a car with their product then throw lighter fluid on a small area and light it. Then they would wipe it away and the car looked as new as before. I would just sit back and chuckle when I saw this stuff.
So do you think there is anything to this 5 Star Shine stuff ? Or is it just someone's way of trying to make a quick buck ? Has anyone ever tried using products like this ?
I never believe marketing techniques like that, but thought I would ask...just in case I am missing something.
