Reading DTC Codes on a 2007 Mustang

First of all hello to the forum. This is my first time. I have a 2007 Mustang and my OBD 2 scanner can't read the codes.I was told that this new model uses a different system.I took the car to the dealer once and I was told that I have an evaporative leak at the carbon canister.Does anybody know if there is another scanner out there on the market that will work with the 07 Mustang?

Welcome to AFM... Most of us use either the SCT Xcalibrator2 or Diablosport Predator to read DTCs. A lot of other scanners won't read codes on the Mustang.
