2010 Mustang, Clarification on Lights

Hello, new to the forum and Mustangs, this is my first tech post.

I recently purchased a 2010 Mustang Premium with the basic lighting. I searched the forums and found a few topics on converting the standard lighting to auto headlights but not specific to my year. They state that since mine has the light sensor on the dash I can simply swap out mu light switch with the 11654
(SW-6659) with the Auto function and that's all I need to do. The post was for a 2011 model so I just want to confirm it's the same for 2010? Also the process to set up the delay (without the use of the message center, since I don't have that option) is this process also the same for 2010 as it is for 2011?

Also, I'd like to add the factory fog lamps as well. Just to clarify, will the fog lamp wiring and connectors already be present or will I need to run new wires and connectors?

Thank you.
