Raido and Power windows INOP

Ok first time user. We have a 2005 Mustang V6. After a few weeks the radio and power windows failed. We have checked all fuses #44 in the main fuse box to and in the SJB and #6 in the SJB. We have pulled the SJB and found NO corrosion. All connectors and the board look really good. Accessory Delay Relay has been changed. We do have power to and thru fuse #44. But do not get any power to pin#30 in the SJB. Now for the kicker If we disconnect the battery for a while all will work for a day or two. Any Ideas???????????

Don't know what you are specifically talking about pin #30 ??...as there are 8 electrical connectors going to SJB. The connector which mounts to the rear of the SJB's actual fuses has 36 pins, yet only 20 of those pins are used.

Radio fuses:
#56 underhood 20amp
#14 underhood 30amp
# 6 in SJB 5amp
#20 in SJB 10amp

Power Window fuses:
#44 underhood 10amp
# 4 underhood 30amp
# 6 underhood 30amp
# 6 SJB 5amp

I think he means pin #30 on the SJB relay which is what powers the SJB. Pin #87 is on the opposite end and it connects to the power point in the underhood fuse box.

OP have you tried different relays for the SJB? When you back probe the wire that connects pin #30, are you getting any voltage with the key on?

That connector, rear of SJB, a 36 pin connector...

Has one white with light blue tracer wire...pin 1 of that connector.

This wire gives power from fuse 44 in under hood fuse box...to pins 30 and 85 of the accessory delay relay, also power to fuse 4 in SJB, which is for exterior power mirrors.

These are all on the input side of the accessory delay relay.
