2010 instrument cluster swap

I have a 2010 V6 Base model Mustang. I would like to swap out my 4-pack instrument cluster with a premium 6-pack instrument cluster. I know that I will have to have the new instrument cluster reprogrammed with my current mileage. But, will my base model support the premium 6-pack instrument cluster. Will both the amp and oil gauges work?

That's a great question! I have considered do the same thing on mine. I hope someone chimes in with an answer soon.

I think i read somewhere that it wasnt possible. But dont quote me on that. I have been wanting to do it as well. Mainly for the extra gauges. But hopefully someone here can also give better info.
