Unhappy Trunk Wouldn't open wit Key or Fob. 2007 Mustang

Hello Experts,

I have been a mustang driver for almost 4 years and I have a 2007 Mustang V6 with Pony Pkg.

I have a situation with my truck. Right now it does not open with key or fob. Looks like the main power source to the latch is cutoff. Is there anyway I could fix this at home?

I am pretty sure sticking the key in manually moves the switch... Could be wrong as I can't say I have paid it too much or close attention.

Anyway pull your rear seats down and crawl in to take a peak to see if something has jammed the trunk. The yellow emergency "stuck in your trunk" release should def open it if it is not jammed.

Worked like a charm. I was able to remove the rear seats and enter the trunk space. The main power cable was not connected and I just plugged it in.

Glad to help anytime and glad it was an easy fix.
