2005 Mustang V6: Automatic Transmission Fluid?

How often should the automatic transmission fluid be changed in a 2005 Mustang V6? My car has about 34,500 miles on it, and I need to change my oil.. Just wondering if I should have the automatic transmission fluid changed as well. Thanks!

Service manual calls for 30,000 mile intervals.

Just off the top of my head I can't recall but is that a standard number for all models? 30k miles.

What is it about the sound of a powerful motor screaming to life, jumping to the passing gear, and going. Or the feel of a car laying a parking lot signature that makes men smile and their hearts pound?

I think most cars call for 30K.

If that was the case I would be pulling my butt out of Jiffy lube and go somewhere else.

I'm guessing they couldn't find the dip stick... the 5r55s doesn't have one! So i'm not surprised! LOL!

To refill the tranny takes a special tool/filler also... (IIRC)

You'd think that they would have see an S197 Mustang before now

It's just that when you watch their ads, you'd think they're all ASE certified.
