2008 v6 engine ticking

Hi guys I need some help.
I was using motor craft oil 5w 30 and then switched to full synthetic
5w 30 motor craft oil @ 30000km. now I can hear the engine ticking near the head covers, wont hear it from inside the cab but open hood yes. I start woundering if the oil is doing this. I can't compere to before the oil change it was a while since I listen to the engine running with open hood. I read lots of threads about ticking.
What you guys think shoud I change the oil back to regular oil as before.I not sure if this ticking was there before the oil change.
Now I' worried.

Speaking on behalf of the 4.0 V6 they all do it, the ticking noise is from the Fuel Injectors. Your Full Synthetic Oil is Fine

2002 GT Premium Auto Mineral Grey. Pypes Violater Cat Back Exhaust.
2003 V6 Auto Oxford White, all original no Mods
SOLD 2007 V6 Premium Pony

Thank you, sometimes when you can't compere to an other mustang I won't know if it's normal. So yours ticks too. You know you change something and start checking and noticing things. So nothing to do with values or other mechanical items.
