Harmonic balancer question.

My son has two 06 Mustangs with the 4.0, one balancer looks totally different then the other. I already believe I know which one is correct (maybe they're both correct), I'll let you guys decide which one looks correct to you.

The one in pic 005 is kaput. The balancer has separated, the belt is actually riding in the inner portion. Tell him not to drive it, it's ready to fly apart!

Are the two bolts needed for the puller M12 x 1.5 or M12 x 1.25?
