Automatic transmission shifting slowly

Hello all,
I have a 2007 auto v6 which has recently begun to shift slowly when I am driving slowly having my foot of the gas to pressing the gas pedal. It doesn't seem to have any issues shifting while accelerating (such as getting up to speed on a freeway on ramp). I have an appointment with the local dealer to get the transmission fluid changed Monday. I'm really just looking to see if this issue is normal when the fluid needs to be changed or if I should expect to pay more for a rebuild or something else more major. It has 95000 miles. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks

Shifting slowly? As in, takes a while to go from first to second, trans is in neither gear for a period of time? I think you'll know more after the fluid change, low trans fluid can do that..

I'd change the fluid, and if it still persists, I'd look into a SCT power programmer. My automatic on my 2006 GT felt extremely sluggish before a Brenspeed SCT X3 programmer. The programmer allowed me to change shift points and firmness and really woke the "auto tragic" up.
