has anyone else had a cooling and fuse box issue?

I have had an issue about 3 to 4 years ago where my mustang over heated and ford replaced a few things over multiple visits. those things include more than likely the thermostat, fan, hoses, radiator and possibly the fusebox. fast forward to a month ago. car over heated and had the fan and thermostat replaced. things were fine until this weekend.

I am now finding out that the new fan installed had burnt out the relays and the fuse box. which is now getting replaced along with the fan.

is this a common issue or should i do something to prevent this from happening again?

not sure if this will make a difference, but installed is a cold air intake, throttle body, underdrive pulley, limited slip diff, parrot asteroid smart radio, accel super edis coil pack.

Humm i dont think its a common problem. I have a problem with my ac and i can only thinknof acouple of reasons why my ac stopped working. I have no power at all to my ac and rear defroster but the releys and the fuses are good.
