144K and replacing suspension parts

Hey all,

So I've look through this forum for various information on what I should replace on my 2006 V6 Convertible Mustang. I use this car as my daily driver and more, I commute pretty far on the weekends (400mi) so it gets its millage. I'm not really interested in having a "racing" style just have good stuff installed to make it last. This is the part list I think I'm going to get to give my suspension an long overdue overhaul:

Tie Rod Outer x 2
GT Strut Mounts x 1 set
Sruts x 2
Shocks x 2
Control Arm Front right lower x 1
Control Arm Front left lower x 1

For the struts and shocks can I get some info on the compare and should I even consider instead of the Koni the KYB's stuts and shocks?

Also I was looking on some advice of should I be replacing the fron control arms or pass on that?

Any other suggestions or thoughts.

I have the KONI STR.T (Orange) front struts and rear shocks. They are probably the best price you'll find for struts and shocks and they feel very similar to stock, but they are better. I'd recommend them.
