5R55S trans/ lossing 2nd and 5th/ Servos or solenoids???

I've got an 06 4.0 auto, and it's slowly loosing 2nd gear, and has lost 5th (codes won't let it shift to save the lockup on the TCC). It's kicked codes P0732 (incorrect ratio in 2nd) P0735 (incorrect ratio 5th) and P0755 incorrect pressure Shift Solenoid B (SSB).
Sooooo... I know there are known issues with the Solenoids, and known issues with the servos wearing oblongs into the case housing, causing these issues.
here's where I stand, I've checked fluid level, it's good. I've adjusted the OD band, issue persists. I've ran an ohm test at the PCM on all the solenoids (MUCH easier than the FORD FSM test for resistance, from fuse 47, test pins 42-45 on the TCM plug, and this verifies that the entire circuit is within range) all four solenoids measured right at 26 (+/- 0.4) ohms. I've cleared codes with my handheld scanner/programmer, a Diablo Sport Predator. I've also used this to monitor the SSB, and once it turns on, it does shift almost immediately.

SO, My question is, is there any way to verify fluid failure at the OD servo without disassembling the servo and inspecting it for damage? any other tests to isolate which part is the issue? I ran out of time today, I've got a few other things to test and monitor tomorrow, but I thought this site could be of assistance. any tests to verify servo action?

Thanks

btw, does anyone know if there is a place that sells individual solenoids, or does it have to be replaced as a pack?

I believe it needs to be replaced as a pack. You're going to have to open it up.
